Your login credentials (Username, Password, and Server URL) are strictly for your personal use.
- No Account Sharing: Our servers actively monitor concurrent connections and IP addresses. Using a single-connection subscription on multiple devices simultaneously, or sharing your credentials with other households, is a direct violation of these terms.
- Automatic Suspension: If our system detects unauthorized sharing or attempts to bypass our connection limits, your account will be permanently banned and your IP address blacklisted without a refund.
3.Technology & Network Requirements
Our platform is powered by advanced Vizo 10 architecture, designed to deliver lightning-fast zapping and eliminate server-side buffering. However, your final viewing experience relies heavily on your local network.
- You are responsible for maintaining a high-speed, stable internet connection.
- We are not responsible for streaming interruptions caused by Canadian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) actively throttling your network, local Wi-Fi drops, or the use of unsupported, outdated hardware.
4.Dynamic Streaming Library
To ensure peak server performance and offer the most relevant entertainment, our network is highly dynamic. The specific broadcasts, networks, and on-demand titles available through our service may be updated, added, or removed at any time without prior notice based on global routing availability and server maintenance.
5.Billing & Interac e-Transfer
All payments for IPTV Naz subscriptions are processed securely via Interac e-Transfer.
- Your service will be activated only after the e-Transfer is successfully received and verified against your Order Number.
- Subscriptions are billed on a pre-paid basis for the term you select. We do not automatically charge your bank account for renewals; it is your responsibility to renew your subscription at the end of your term to avoid service interruption.
